1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Logsync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Logsync provides a tamper-evident audit logging service that allows you to store, search, and verify audit events for your applications.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us of any unauthorized access
- You may not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to store illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the service for competitive analysis
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual plans cancelled within 30 days. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Logsync. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss beyond what is stated in your plan's SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
8. Intellectual Property
Logsync and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logsync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logsync and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy. You may export your data before termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
